After many months of intense lower back pain and leg pain I was ready to try anything!!! I was unable to sit, stand, or lay down without agony. When I stood I felt that my right leg was unable to support me. I had pain in different locations at different times in both legs. Trying to be comfortable in bed was next to impossible. I went the usual route of Primary Care Physician, Orthopedic MD’s, X-Rays, MRI’s, PT, Massage, and Acupuncture, which did not help. Surgery was suggested!!

A friend told me about Dr. Turner at the Westboro Spine Center. I made an appointment which was the beginning of the end of my pain. Dr. Turner looked at my MRI and pointed out two herniated discs in my lower back, one of which at time touched my spinal cord. Dr. Turner told me about his treatment of herniated discs and lower back pain using DRX 9000 decompression. There were to be twenty sessions lasting about thirty minutes.  Dr. Turner told me that he could help me.  After about four or five sessions I noticed I was sleeping better. After ten or so sessions my pain had lessened dramatically. After twenty sessions I was pain free!!! I now go to the gym, ride my motorcycles, do heavy yard work and can pretty much do anything!

I would highly recommend Dr. Turner and his DRX 9000 machine to anyone with lower back pain and disc problems.

What a relief! I began treatment at the Westborough Spine Center about 4 years ago now. I can say it is the BEST thing I could have done. I started with the basic chiropractic care, but then my discs led to more issues. I went through the cycle on the DRX9000 and within the second session I felt a huge relief. The pain in my lower right back had subsided and the sciatica that was acting up stopped. I couldn’t believe it!  After completing the cycle, I was pain free for over a year.  Then I had a car accident, which through my disc back into pain. When you go to the office - Dr. Turner, himself, meets you at the front. He always greets you and asks how you are feeling. He is very personable, accommodating to your schedule and makes you feel welcome. He always takes the time to answer your questions and to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment.

I cannot express enough, how much the treatment and care that I have received at the Westborough Spine Center has changed my everyday life. If you are having symptoms and don’t want to go through surgery, I highly recommend this route for treatment.

     My  name  is  Marina G. .   I  am  writing  this  letter  out  of  sincere  gratitude  to  Dr.  Turner   &  his  Magical  DRX9000. Over  the  past  25  years  my  back  has  given  me  many  problems ...many  trips  to  the  Emergency Room  at  all  hours  of  the  day  &  night. Diagnosis  ….Sciatica  ….Slipped  Disc  …  Severe  Muscle  Spasms.   I  was  given  a  ton  of  pain-killers  each  time  …. my  body  could  not  tolerate  any  of  them  .   The  next  step  was  a  surgeon  …  the  shear  thought  of  my  spine  being  operated  on  scared  me  so  much  that  I  decided  to  suffer  through  the  pain  &  live  with  it. In  the  spring  of  2009  the  pain  in  my  back  &  leg  became  intolerable  &  I  was  once  again  urged  by  the  Emergency  Room  physician  to  see  a  surgeon .   The  same  evening  I  saw  an interview  on  Fox  News  about  “ Spinal Decompression “  therapy.   Everything  they  talked  about  was  directly  related  to  my  back  problems  ….  my  symptoms.
I  called  the  news  station  to  get  more  information  &  I  was  given  many  different  Internet Sites .    There  I  found  “ Westborough  Spinal  Decompression “.
I  met  Dr.  Turner  the  very  next  day  ….  I  was  full  of  hope  &  skepticism  at  the  same  time. After  so  many  years  of  suffering  ….  how  was  this  machine  going  to  help  me  ….   it  seemed  impossible !!!!!    I  needed  help  ….I  was  willing  to  try  anything  ….so ... I  decided  to  go  ahead  with  the  treatments. I  remember  the  first  ten  appointments  ….  I  questioned  everything  since  there  was not  much  improvement  up  to  this  point.  Dr.  Turner  reassured   me  over  &  over  again  that  I  was  doing  the  right  thing  &  that  my  body  needed  time  to  heal .  At  appointment  #13  I  felt  something  that  I  had  not  felt  for  many  years  ….  I  felt  tingling  in  my  toes .  I  was  so  excited  over  this  small  miracle  that  I  nearly  missed  the  fact  that  I  walked  “Pain-Free “  out  of  Dr.  Turners  office. I  finished  my  scheduled  treatments   ….   feeling  better  every  day .  I  could  do  the  “ simple “ things  again  ...like  bending ..  walking  .. swimming  …  playing  ball  with  my  daughter  ...  without  Pain .

No  words  could  ever  describe  how  grateful  I  am  that  I  have  found  Dr.  Turner  &  for  me his  “ Magical DRX9000”.  I  continue  to  see  Dr.  Turner  once  a  month  …  strictly  for  maintenance. For  me  …  finding  this  alternative  form  of  treatment  was  a  Gift  ….  a  new  lease  on  life.

After about 20 yrs of back pain, my fit, strong, active husband, Rob did something major to his back.  MRI showed 2 badly herniated discs.  He needed surgery but he simply refused to allow anyone cut into his spine.  One day Rob’s  pain went from bad to debilitating.  When I tell you he couldn't move, it is no exaggeration.  He couldn’t sit at all.  Even a reclining position was unbearable.  This meant basically lying on the floor or bed.  Even attempting to walk was agonizing.  No one could talk him into the surgery-it scared him to death.  We have 3 sons and he wanted to be able to be an active part of their lives.  He owns a construction company, loves to deep sea fish.  Forget it, he couldn’t even join us to the dinner table.  This went on for about 5 weeks.  I was at my wits end, my poor husband was growing increasingly depressed and he was getting no better with time. 
About 2:00a.m. one night, in an attempt to learn more about what options he might have other than surgery, I found the info. And web site of Dr. Paul Turner.  Westborough is about an hour drive for us, how would I even get him in the car and all the way to Westborough?  I watched all the internet news clips and You Tube videos and then brought our lap top to my husband in bed and made him watch.  He agreed to try the DRX machine.  That morning I called Dr. Turner.   He was able to see us right away and that day Rob was on the machine.   Dr. Turner explained what he would be able to do with the use of the DRX-we had to try it. We didn’t know what to expect.  If this hurt Rob more I could never forgive myself.  We took a leap of faith and Rob agreed to try the DRX.  That was the first time I had seen my husband in weeks smile.  The decompression took the pressure off his discs and he was able to finally breathe.  We went every day for about 3 weeks. 
Dr. Turner was like an angel from heaven.  He came in on his week end to treat Rob.  It wasn’t over night.  The first week we saw very little improvement, but there was improvement.  By the end of the 2nd week, he was making big progress and at about 20 sessions, he was 80% pain free.  But that wasn’t good enough for either Rob or Dr. Turner.  So Rob continued a little bit more (less frequently) until he was nearly perfect.  As you can imagine, it was a rebirth for our whole family.  And Rob could put his own socks on!!!!  Let me also tell you, Dr. Turner is not a sales man.  He is not a pushy, know-it-all Chiropractor.  He is a kind compassionate knowledgeable man who doesn’t bully people.  He works entirely on his own and runs his business himself, and he does a perfect job at it.  He wants to heal his patients.  It has been 2 ½ years since Rob started with Dr. Turner.  He goes once a month to keep himself in line and say hello to the man who quite honestly saved his life.

I herniated a disc in my low back while at work in 2004. I had unbearable pain that would shoot down my leg. I couldn't do any of the activities I could do in the past without pain. I was unable to ride my motorcycle because of the pain and even tying my shoes would bring tears to my eyes. The quality of my life was not very good.

I tried Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. I even had Cortisone/ Steroid injections into my low back. Nothing helped. Two months ago, my Doctor was setting me up to have a fusion of my L5-S1 vertebrae. Things did not look too bright.

My MRI showed 2 herniated discs in my low back. The pain was intense in my back and down my leg. I needed crutches to get around. Things got so bad that at one point I needed to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. After 3 days and a lot of tests and medications, the Doctors told me I needed immediate surgery. I did not like this option so I put it off as long as possible.
Once out of the hospital, I learned of Dr. Turner and Spinal Decompression on the DRX9000. My first trip to the office I was in so much pain that I could not get out of the car. When things calmed down a little I went for a consultation and the whole process made a lot of sense. Still I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true.

My back pain goes back 30 years. I am 85 years old and for the last 15 years my pain has been so bad that I needed to bend forward at the waist and use a walker to get around. I had surgery for a ruptured disc many years ago and more recently had steroid injections and pain medication which had a marginal effect for a week or so.

My pain had progressively gotten worse to where it was difficult to get around. Sometimes breathing sent a sharp pain into my low back. My Orthopedic Surgeon told me he would not consider doing surgery on me and knew of no one that would work on me because of the deterioration of my back. At this point I had given up and thought that this was how I was going to have to live.

Today, after treatment on the DRX9000, my back is pain free. I can stand up straight with no pain and am able to move around much better. It was around my 10-12 visit that I noticed the pain was going away and today it hasn't returned.

My back pain was very bad. I also had constant leg pain that went down to the ankle. I could not sit without pain. Lying in bed was very uncomfortable and the pain made sleep difficult.

I went to my Doctor and had an MRI that showed a herniated disc at the L4-L5 area. I then had 3 epidural shots that gave me some help for a couple months and then the pain came back. Next I started Physical Therapy and did this for 4 months. This only seemed to make my pain worse.

I had been in pain for 2 years by the time I came in to see Dr. Turner. I started treatment and after 5 visits I could sit and study without back or leg pain. Sleep became much easier at this point.

At the end of my treatment sessions I could sleep perfectly. I can now sit without any problems. I am very happy with the results here.
